Service Description

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey, opening the path to your intuitive connection with Universal Energy. This class includes instruction, guided practice, and a Reiki Level 1 attunement, supporting both personal awareness and self-care. Students will learn how to practice self-Reiki as well as how to offer Reiki treatments to others in a supportive, ethical way. Through Reiki practice, many experience greater ease and clarity supporting the release of fear and self-doubt. This foundational training encourages stress reduction, emotional balance, and confidence, helping you show up more fully as the empath, healer, and intuitive you already are. Reiki also supports quieting the mind and emotions, creating space for clearer insight, grounded decisions, and a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being.
